Refund policy

Question. What is return policy and how does it work ?

Answer. We have 10 days return and refund policy. Refund is applicable in case of lost in transit or manufacturing defect or in case we are not able to provide replacement because of any issues. 

Question. How cancellation works ?

Answer. We request you to place the order only if you are confident that you will receive the product at the time of delivery. In case you cancelled after shipping then there will be a deduction of Rs 500 if prepaid, where as in COD our system won't be able to ship any new orders to your address and phone number. 

Question. How much warranty on product ?

Answer. We are providing 6 months warranty against sole de-bonding or leather tearing. You need to send us the images on our Whatsapp number.

Question. What is shipping policy ?

Answer. We strive to deliver products purchased from Alonzo in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Alonzo provides free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Alonzo delivers to all pin codes of India including remote and rural areas for prepaid orders, Whereas for cash on delivery orders few pin codes are not serviceable.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, if paid online.

Question. How orders are shipped ? 

Answer. All orders placed on Alonzo are dispatched through courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees and Amazon transport services.

Question. What are Exceptions / non-returnable items

Answer. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for small color variation issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
